Consultation Fee Policy
A non-refundable consultation fee is required for all consultations that are not scheduled in conjunction with a confirmed service booking. The consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the cost of any service selected following the consultation.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled consultation, as well as failure to appear for a scheduled consultation or service, will result in the consultation fee or applicable service fee being charged in full. No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-show appointments.
